1/10/19: we got organization over this earlier weekend break and i also needed something special, this became perfect, straightforward , delicious , and thus rather on the platter! I provided it w a part of fettuccini Alfredo ,a large chuck greens and garlic herb knots .It was a huge success!

Previously I've created chicken saltimbocca but the chicken was rolled with the proscuitto and sage inside. This variation was much easier to come up with. However the other dish experienced you deglaze the pan with broth, fruit juice and wine and then simmer the chicken breast briefly. Enjoyed the way the flavour soaked in the poultry doing this. The next occasion I'll just mix the very best of equally quality recipes.
